Arestides Law, LLC is dedicated to serving individuals, families, and small businesses in
protecting and preserving their assets, wealth, and family and business legacies. Alex Arestides
has over 16 years of experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, and corporate/business
legal matters.
Over those 16 years, Alex has assisted individuals and families who wished to preserve their
assets and legacies through thoughtful estate planning. Alex has also assisted others through the
probate process when a loved one has passed.
Alex is no stranger to representing business and corporate clients. Alex has represented clients
informing business entities, counseling those businesses, and assisting those business owners
with effective succession plans. Through the course of representing financial and real estate
companies, Alex has become well versed in resolving landlord/tenant issues, preparing and
negotiating real estate contracts, and navigating foreclosure/bankruptcy matters.
In addition, Alex has been a licensed real estate title insurance agent for over 18 years. While
examining real estate titles and conducting residential and commercial closings, Alex has
become proficient in resolving estate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, divorce, and other legal matters
that arise as defects or clouds to real estate titles.
Arestides Law, LLC is in Beavercreek, Ohio and is conveniently located only minutes away
from both Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright-State University.

Alex Arestides is the owner and founder of Arestides Law, LLC and focuses his practice in the areas
of Real Estate, Trust and Estate Planning, Probate, and Corporate/Business law. Alex has a unique
skill set that stems from over 18 years of experience being a real estate title insurance agent. Real
estate is often affected by probate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, corporate, and other legal issues that
require resolution. As a result, Alex has not only become proficient in resolving real estate matters,
but also experienced in estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, and corporate areas of law.
Alex has taken his experience and developed effective estate plans to prevent future problems for
clients. With proper planning, clients can leave more assets to loved ones. Alex has ample
experience in protecting assets, business succession planning, and estate planning. Alex is also
familiar with effective real estate contract strategies to avoid probate. He is familiar with the legal
tools to protect clients and their goals and provides client-appropriate solutions for preserving assets
and avoiding probate. And when probate is unavoidable, Alex is experienced in navigating the
probate process.
Alex is a graduate of Marquette University (1992) and the University of Dayton School of Law
(2005). After graduating law school, Alex joined a small real estate law firm in Fairborn, Ohio, for
several years, then joined a large, national law firm’s Dayton office for five years, before setting out
to practice law on his own. Alex is a recurring speaker on real estate matters for the Dayton Bar
Association’s real property committee.
After graduating from Marquette University, Alex served in the Army National Guard and Army
Reserves as a tank platoon leader and company executive officer. Alex has three children who
attended grade school in Beavercreek, Ohio and high school in Dayton Ohio. Alex is proud of his
children who have become successful young adults.
In his free time, Alex enjoys hiking and running on Ohio’s beautiful trails and enjoys visiting our
country’s scenic National Parks.
